Rates

Standard Rates

  • The rate for service is $ 200 per individual therapy session; session duration is between 50-60 minutes for initial Intake sessions & Follow-up sessions range between 45-50 minutes.
  • The rate for service is $ 250 per conjoint (couples/marital /family); session duration is between 50-60 minutes for initial Intake sessions & Follow-up sessions range between 45-50 minutes.
  • If patients request a 90 minute session, that will be determined by the therapist’s schedule and availability. Rates will be determined upon consultation.

There is also limited availability for those who are going through financial hardships and are in need of sliding scale/reduce session rates. Additionally, for those who are in extreme need of financial assistance, further discussion can happen to arrange a payment plan, there are limited spots available as well. And separate documentation will be provided.

Payment Information

Cash, checks, credit cards/debit cards and Zelle are accepted for payment.

Notice: if a check is returned there will be a $35 fee.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance. I am a private pay business only. However, I am happy to provide you with a superbill (a.k.a. a receipt for services) which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Depending on the terms of your health coverage, your plan may or may not reimburse for out-of-network services.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you do not provide a notice  with at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, the full session rate will apply for the late cancellation automatically for the missed session. If there is a No show for the appointment, meaning not showing up to your appointment at the 15 minute mark from the start time, you will also be charged the full session fee for the missed session. If you are late, session will end at the regular scheduled time.
